How far in advance should I schedule a photo or video shoot?

In most cases, 2 days notice gives us sufficient time to schedule your requested time and date. However, we do book on a first come first serve basis. Therefore, the sooner you schedule your shoot, the better!

How many photos are included in your packages?

This depends on the size of the home. We generally shoot 7-10 exterior photos, 2-3 photos per common area, 1-2 photos for bedrooms and bathrooms and 3-4 drone photos. Additional photo requests are welcomed in advance only.

Do you include drone photography?

We do not charge extra for drone photography or video. However, this is subject to the airspace allowing for it.

What type of payments do you accept?

We accept cash, check or credit card payments. You will receive an invoice through email which will include an online payment option. Payments are due upon delivery of media.

What days are you available to shoot?

We are available to shoot your listing 7 days a week. Weekends typically get scheduled first, so we recommend booking in advance.

Our earliest appointments are 9am and latest 4pm depending on the time of year.

What if I need to cancel?

We understand that life happens and some cancellations or reschedules may be necessary. Cancellations more than 48 hours before the scheduled time will not incur a cancellation fee. Within 48 hours will incur a fee equal to 50% of the package cost. Fees do not apply to bad weather cancellations.

What is your turnaround time?

We aim to deliver all media within 48 hours of the scheduled photo or video shoot. In most cases, we can deliver photos and Matterport tours within 24 hours.

What areas do you serve?

Our main service area is within Southern California including Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside, San Bernardino, Ventura and San Diego counties. We do however travel beyond these areas for an additional mileage fee.
